Mike Povey will bring his perspective to the panel on day 1, 30th April, focused on: “Designing sustainable workplaces – the link to ESG”.

Work environments today need to be designed to be inclusive for all. But to be inclusive we need to embrace design principles that aid in accommodating various personality traits, work styles and neurotypes. As part of the panel on day 1 of the event focused on: “Designing neuroinclusive workplaces”, Giovanna Jagger the International Well Buildings Institute’s perspective on how we can design a more neuroinclusive community.
Steve Wright, Director of Workplace Design & Change Management, GSK
Businesses now know that workplace design and productivity are undoubtedly linked. The next stage is looking at how they should be balanced. On day 2 of the event, Steve Wright will shed light on the evolution of the office and management thinking, get us considering how our organisations deal with productivity in the workplace and how we can measure productivity to prove it.

As EMEA Head of Corporate Services and Real Estate for investment management firm Millennium Capital Partners, Claire Odgers will be joining The Office Event on Day 2 of the event. She will share her perspective as part of the panel “Mind the workplace gap – from boomers to zoomers” looking at how workplace environments can meet the varying needs of the different generations in the workplace – whatever their age and life stage.
