He advises CEOs, Boards and senior HR professionals on how to gain strategic advantage through effective people and workplace strategies, organisational wellbeing and change programmes. Brad has led HR and OD teams to deliver ambitious and successful people strategies, joint ventures, organisational redesign and workplace transformation. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, where he was also previously People, OD and Workplace Director.
