Chris Higgins is the senior Programme Director for Workplace Real Estate and Facilities (WREF) at GSK, leading the delivery of their new Global Headquarters, an innovative workplace focused on innovation, health, wellbeing and performance. Chris has high ambitions to drive a cultural change aligned to the workspace strategy and set a new standard for GSK’s places of work, delivering one of the healthiest workplaces in the world.
Chris has over 17 years global experience at GSK, formerly as Head of Strategy Deployment & Chief of Staff for WREF, accountable for strategic execution across GSKs 45 million square foot estate in APAC, Americas and EMEA. Chris leads the CRE & FM innovation, office of the future, flexible working, benchmarking activities and service design to support GSK in their vision of creating spaces where people and teams thrive.
