As an accredited business psychologist, Ellie applies a people-centric approach to understanding human behaviour and health at work, ensuring ART’s consultancy service encompasses a holistic approach to employee health, wellbeing and performance.
Ellie’s responsibility is to lead the programme management of ART’s services within global client organisations. To align with ART’s mission of supporting organisations in making better-informed decisions regarding their employee’s wellbeing and performance, Ellie ensures each project is centred around a deep understanding of their specific needs and priorities to ensure the successful implementation of service delivery aligned with strategic goals for maximum impact and value.
Ellie holds a masters in Occupational psychology and is a professional member of both the British Psychological Society and the Association for Business Psychologists. Her previous industry experience involves developing and designing customised training programmes and workshops to transform cultures and improve workplace wellbeing. To support the work she does at ART, Ellie has held several voluntary roles supporting young people with their mental health including peer-to-peer mentoring at university and directing educational campaigns to spread mental and physical health awareness.
