Penny Goodall-Quraishi

Based in London, Penny Goodall-Quraishi joined the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) in 2021 and is responsible for driving the market engagement and strategic development of WELL across the EMEA region. With a special focus on human and social capital issues, Penny assists stakeholders in leveraging the positive impact that WELL has on ESG objectives, the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and human capital reporting goals.

Penny’s pursuit to uplift the well-being of people has been evident throughout her career. As the former Head of Human Capital for Africa’s largest Automated Clearing House, Penny led the design, development and implementation of numerous large scale people strategies. Holding a BSc in Town and Regional Planning, Penny worked on a variety of master-planning projects across the UK and South Africa, and is a WELL AP, EcoDistricts Accredited Professional, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and qualified Life Coach.

With a belief in the need for spaces to be designed to balance human health, well-being and sustainability, whilst providing economic benefit to all, Penny is passionate about helping organisations create people-first places.
