Rachel Slade, Head of Change and Transformation, Baker McKenzie
Rachel has spent the majority of the last 4 years leading the creation of the new London office for Baker McKenzie. This was an intentional move away from traditional Law Firm working that formally started during Covid and was realised in October 2023. With a wealth of experience in delivering large scale projects involving some kind of business change, this challenge brought together the people and the functional design and delivery aspects of a project to create something that is delivering on the post-Covid working requirements as well as the growing importance of ESG.
