Richard Le Sueur is responsible for driving the market development activities of WELL
programs across the EMEA region. This includes supporting leading investors, developers, FM
& HR professionals, and industry partners with an interest in healthy organisations and buildings
in their early explorations of WELL
Richard brings to IWBI an operational and business development background in commercial
real estate (CRE). With demonstrable experience in complex project and stakeholder
management, be it through shopping centre re positioning or commercial placemaking on large
scale city developments, he has worked with multiple stakeholders to deliver complex CRE
projects through smart and sustainable design.
With a passion for good leadership, having served in the British Army for six years on multiple
operations, he is focused on providing practical and inspiring space for people to work in with
the requisite resources in order to enhance individual and team performance.
