Sarah’s role is Workplace Experience Lead at Lloyds Banking Group, where she is responsible for leading Facilities Management operations, Workplace Communities, Workplace Adoption, and the overall day-to-day experience of colleagues working from our offices and branches across the UK and internationally. Her overall aims are to improve colleague experiences within the workplace and ensure the workplaces are safe, functioning, engaging, fun and a great place to be.
